Always wanted to learn guitar but never got around to it? Want to trade your air guitar skills for real guitar skills? It is never too late to learn. Learn guitar right from the very beginning. This is a foundation course for those with little to no experience of playing guitar. You will learn how to hold a guitar and to make the right noises out of it. The aim of these lessons is to get you playing your first song within 4 weeks of lessons, as no-one takes up guitar to strum random chords, it’s all about the songs.
If you are returning to guitar having not played for some time and can barely remember chords this is a great way of getting back into the swing of things.
If you've never played guitar you need to book on the Absolute Beginners course!
These classes are split by skills level;
Beginners A - Recently completed the Absolute Beginners course but still some way to go. Yet to tackle bar chords and complicated rhythms.
Beginners B - Well on the way and able to do bar chords
Beginners C - Almost Intermediate but not quite yet.

This class is particularly suited to beginners, those returning to yoga having had a break, those with specific injuries or conditions or even those that consider themselves to be of a ‘certain age’ that might need a less challenging approach. We will cover general breathing practises, the basic and gentler postures, together with general information and possible discussion around movement and the potential difficulties we might come up against.
The aim will be to relax and enjoy.
The yoga I teach is an evolution of nearly 30 years of practice and study, with a broad experience of many styles and teachers. In recent years I have been moving away from ‘external’ evaluation of the postures and moving towards an ‘internal’ sense of the postures, moving away from the more used traditional approach of systemised yoga to a more experiential and ‘felt’ approach, influenced by teachers who have been inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli.
Please bring a blanket, a yoga / Pilates mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing

Have you ever wondered what your baby is thinking or feeling? Would it help if they could communicate those thoughts and feelings to you?
Sign & Rhyme teaches parents/carers and their little ones, simple sign language that enables them to communicate before speech takes over. Just like waving and clapping, your baby can learn to tell you when they’re hungry, in pain or just that they’ve seen a dog! This is empowering to them and hugely rewarding for you! In most cases babies who sign learn to talk sooner than their non-signing peers.
Signs are used in class, like actions, to accompany songs and nursery rhymes and with an array of props, puppets, instruments and the use of disco lights, bubbles and parachutes to enhance the sensory experience and make learning more fun.
There's also:
* Free on-site parking
* Café (open all day)
* Baby changing facilities
Mums, Dads, Grandparents, Carers all welcome with their babies under 18 months

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Martial Art, whose benefits are supported by modern research. These benefits include improvement in balance, posture, memory, sleep and focus. It also reduces high blood pressure, anxiety and stress. Breathing and gentle movements flow into each other, harmonizing the mind and body.
As a physiotherapist, Clare chose to become an accredited instructor with The Tai Chi for Health Institute, which was founded by a medical doctor, Dr Lam. Their programmes are beneficial for those with or without specific medical conditions, reduce the risk of injury and can be done seated and in standing at your own level of comfort.

This class is suited to those who have been practising for at least 6. My intention for this class is to move our practise forward, explore different avenues and approaches to the traditional postures. We will be aiming to be going deeper into ‘awareness’ and ‘noticing’.
The yoga I teach is an evolution of over 20 years of practice and study, perhaps moving away from ‘external’ evaluation of the postures and moving towards an ‘internal’ sense of the postures, moving away from the more used traditional approach of systemised yoga to a more experiential approach. Whilst looking at traditional Hatha Yoga postures and pranayamas, I will be encouraging fun and freedom within the traditional structure, whilst taking into our awareness fundamental anatomical and functional aspects required by our bodies for maximum wellbeing benefits.
Please bring a blanket, a yoga / Pilates mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.

3 women. A book. One unforgettable night.
Part Victorian thriller, part contemporary tale of friendship and rebellion. This time-travelling, genre-busting new show combines RedCape Theatre's unique blend of physical theatre, dark comedy and gripping storytelling.
As protestors gather outside the hospital where they work, three women meet up for a monthly book club. This month's book is Luminous. A dark delve into Victorian London, where lurid stories are brought to life for entertainment in the penny gaff theatres: tales of an anonymous killer haunting the city and women whose bones glow through their skin.
In the twenty-first century living room, the wine is flowing and the discussion is getting heated. Mighty thinks the book is outrageous, Mags thinks it's the best thing she's ever read, and Alice hasn't got past page three. As the women get drawn deeper into the story, memories surface, unexpected connections are made, and the worlds begin to blur.

A brand new, joyous show about family, acceptance and a pair of big (well, not super big) losses.
It’s been a big year for Keys (aka Sarah Keyworth). Sure, they turned thirty, got diagnosed with ADHD and had top surgery, but perhaps the biggest adjustment is to the revelation that maybe their mum was right all along? Not about everything obviously, but they must concede that on teen drinking and being 'forced' to go on holiday, Keyworth Sr probably had some solid points.
On their choice to have surgery, Keys feels lucky in a lot of ways, especially when it comes to the people they have around them. That said, it was a long road and there’s still conversations to be had about their gender identity and what this means in a world that seems increasingly hard on gender non-conforming people.
But as Sarah goes home for the first time post-surgery, to celebrate their mum’s own milestone birthday, it’s the conversations with their nearest and dearest that have them reflecting on their year and asking some big questions.
What does acceptance look like? From whom does it matter? Is it OK to dance around your family kitchen with your new nipples out?

Russell Hicks heads out on his first tour, but not his first rodeo. (Warning: This is a stand up show. NOT a rodeo.)
Russell Hicks is here to stay and he really is happy to be here.
So, why don’t British People believe him?
Hot off the back of a starring role in an Amazon Prime show that nobody watched, and was cancelled immediately, American Stand Up comedian Russell Hicks, lives in the UK where he allegedly performs stand-up comedy. Naturally, his parents still think he makes his money through some kind of illegal activity, so buy some tickets and help prove his legitimacy!
You may have heard Russell as the voice of Sky Comedy, seen him entertain studio audiences at ‘Have I Got News for You’ or caught him opening for the likes of Al Murray or ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ winner Axel Blake. He’s performed up and down this country, picking up three Leicester Festival nominations along the way. He’s even been officially declared a Global Talent by Arts Council England.
Known for his improvised performances, Russell has amassed millions of views online and gained a devoted following of fans who’ve come to know that no two shows will be the same. Considered one of the best improvisers in the country, Russell has appeared on some of the UK’s biggest networks. He has starred in several episodes of ITV’s ‘Stand Up Sketch Show’ and won the Channel 4 competition series ‘Captive Audience’ with his fully improvised comedy, and starred in Prime Video series ‘Lovestruck High’ narrated by Lindsay Lohan as the loveable Texan Coach Hughes.
Suitable for ages 16+ years.

In The Dark We Grow - Exclusive Band Tour
A special one-off expanded band tour for the critically acclaimed folk duo. Following the success of their 2022 release Ink Of The Rosy Morning on Topic Records Hannah & Ben spent much of 2023 touring with the legendary Fairport Convention.
Now, with their new album In The Dark We Grow and a live show line-up featuring the inimitable Jon Thorne (Lamb, James Yorkston) on double bass, Hannah & Ben hit the road for the first time with a band of their own. Already so well known for their moving live performances, this unique musical collaboration promises to be balm for weariest ears.
Since emerging in 2016, Hannah & Ben have been defying all conventions of style, genre and compartmentalisation. A touch of ‘Americana’, yet quintessentially English. Traditional, yet contemporary, with their individual writing style. Playful and instinctive, they make music with such panache and natural chemistry it makes perfect sense.
Hannah Sanders has an alluring mystique and a voice of disarming purity that massages your senses. Ben Savage is a singular guitarist with a sound as distinctive as it is innovative. Together their harmonies and unique stage presence shimmer with an infectious passion and joy for the connection music offers.
