Join Our Board and Make a Difference!
We are a charity dedicated to bringing the community together through creativity. We are seeking two dedicated individuals to join our Board of Trustees, on a voluntary basis, with a background in either HR or Catering.
We are committed to ensuring that our Board is representative of the diverse communities we serve. To achieve this, we encourage applications from candidates with proven experience in, or knowledge of, our region.
We particularly welcome applications from individuals who are currently under-represented on the Board, including women, people with disabilities, and individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds.
Appointments will be made based on merit, and we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.

Hours: 28 hours per week inclusive of 30 minute unpaid lunch breaks (1.15pm – 8.15pm Tuesday – Friday plus a monthly Saturday shift)

As a registered charity, Norden Farm relies hugely on the help of volunteers in all aspects of its day-to-day running. From administration based roles in our office, to stewarding shows or helping on the technical team.
