This class is suited to those who have been practising for at least 6. My intention for this class is to move our practise forward, explore different avenues and approaches to the traditional postures. We will be aiming to be going deeper into awareness and noticing.
The yoga I teach is an evolution of over 20 years of practice and study, perhaps moving away from external evaluation of the postures and moving towards an internal sense of the postures, moving away from the more used traditional approach of systemised yoga to a more experiential approach. Whilst looking at traditional Hatha Yoga postures and pranayamas, I will be encouraging fun and freedom within the traditional structure, whilst taking into our awareness fundamental anatomical and functional aspects required by our bodies for maximum wellbeing benefits.
Please bring a blanket, a Yoga / Pilates mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Come and explore sculpting in clay. You can choose to immortalise a family pet or prefer to choose a favourite creature - the option is yours.
This four week course is for people with all abilities, whether you want to come and give Pottery a try or if you have some experience of working with clay. If you are new to clay then Helen will give you suggestions and guide you through the process. More experienced learners may want to use the time to work on their own projects too. The intention of this four week course is to explore two hand building techniques for making an animal sculpture, whilst giving you time to finesse your work.
At the end of week three, your work will then be bisque fired off-site, ready for glazing in week 4. It will then re-fired and ready to collect from Norden Farm at a later date.
The price includes clay, use of tools, use of underglazes and 2x firing of your work.
Please bring with you:
Fri 21, Fri 28 Mar, Fri 4 Apr
11am - 1.30pm
Fri 11 Apr (additional 30 mins for glazing)

£125 for 4-week course
After the course Helen will notify you and arrange a date regarding the collection of your work which usually takes between 4-6 weeks.
Please note that cut off for booking is on 19 Mar at 7.30pm
Singing is a great way to relieve stress and promote well-being.
Meet new people and take some time for you in this new acappella choir for mums, dads, grandparents, carers and their babies!
It is a baby friendly class, created especially so you can bring the baby you care for. Grown ups are in a semi circle (with room for your buggy next to you) and babies can sit, crawl or play on the blanket in front of you.
These uplifting classes are led by conductor/composer (and mum) Marta Radwan. There's no auditions, no singing experience is needed and you don't need to have a 'good voice' - just an openness to have a go! You'll be sure to know the songs and there will even be some which include your little one.
There's also:
* Free on-site parking
* Café (open all day)
* Baby changing facilities

Kirtan is the practice of gathering together to chant universal mantras. It is the Yoga of Sound, the repetition of the mantras allows us to experience a meditative state. The mantras help relax the mind and re-energise the body / mind as well as release stress /
worries. It is uplifting and healing.
Anyone can join in, you do not have to be able to sing to chant, each of us has a unique primal sound to express and all our voices blend together into one sound. You can sit on the floor or a chair if you need support, you can also stand, move or lay down if you want.
Please bring a cushion or blanket rolled up to sit on. You might like to bring a shawl or blanket around you (not essential, just cosy). If you require a chair please arrive early to give time to organise this. Bring water to drink.
I look forward to sharing these medicinal mantras with you.
