Led by Julie Potter
This class is suited to those who have been practising for at least 6. My intention for this class is to move our practise forward, explore different avenues and approaches to the traditional postures. We will be aiming to be going deeper into ‘awareness’ and ‘noticing’.
The yoga I teach is an evolution of over 20 years of practice and study, perhaps moving away from ‘external’ evaluation of the postures and moving towards an ‘internal’ sense of the postures, moving away from the more used traditional approach of systemised yoga to a more experiential approach. Whilst looking at traditional Hatha Yoga postures and pranayamas, I will be encouraging fun and freedom within the traditional structure, whilst taking into our awareness fundamental anatomical and functional aspects required by our bodies for maximum wellbeing benefits.
Please bring a blanket, a yoga / Pilates mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.

This 3 week course is for people of all abilities, whether you want to come and give Pottery a try or if you have some experience of working with clay.
If you are new to clay then Helen will guide you through using different techniques, whilst more experienced learners may want to use the time to work on their own projects based on exploring and using coiling as a platform to apply surface decoration.
You will spend the first two weeks using coils to make a form/forms. The third week will be considering using finishes such as Carving, Sgraffito or using Stencils to embellish your work.
Your work will then be bisque fired off-site, a glaze applied and then re-fired and ready to collect from Norden Farm approximately 4-6 weeks later.

Meet new people and take some time for you in this new acappella choir for mums, dads, grandparents, carers and their babies!
It is a baby friendly class, created especially so you can bring the baby you care for. Grown ups are in a semi circle (with room for your buggy next to you) and babies can sit, crawl or play on the blanket in front of you.
These uplifting classes are led by conductor/composer (and mum) Marta Radwan. There's no auditions, no singing experience is needed and you don't need to have a 'good voice' - just an openness to have a go! You'll be sure to know the songs and there will even be some which include your little one.
There's also:
* Free on-site parking
* Café (open all day)
* Baby changing facilities

Vincent Ray, Yorkshire born of Irish descent, is a self-taught painter who only started to paint at the age of 40.
Vincent was inspired by the landscape of his birth county and Ireland as well as scenes from paintings in larger galleries. He loved colour and his skies are dramatic. Occasionally, he would paint some figures and these were predominantly in the style of Lowry.
Vincent's artistic journey started with a gifted set of watercolours before he graduated to oils for a short time, but, as he was painting at the kitchen table, was persuaded to take up acrylics. Later he had a studio built in the garden.
He loved going to art galleries in Cork Street, London, looking at the art on display and chatting to the dealers.
This is a posthumous exhibition of his work presented by his wife.
