The Salt Path (12A)

Dir: Marianne Elliott 2024 | 115 mins

Based on the profound true story of husband and wife, Raynor and Moth Winn’s 630-mile trek along the beautiful but rugged Cornish, Devon and Dorset coastline. Starring Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs.

After being forcibly removed from their home, they make the desperate decision to walk in the hope that, in nature, they will find solace and a sense of acceptance. With depleted resources, only a tent and some essentials between them, every step along the path is a testament to their growing strength and determination.

The Salt Path is a journey that is exhilarating, challenging and liberating in equal measure.

A portrayal of home, how it can be lost and rediscovered in the most unexpected ways.

Ocean With David Attenborough (PG)

Dir: Toby Nowlan 2025 | 85 mins

Documentary taking viewers on a breathtaking journey showing there is nowhere more vital for our survival, more full of life, wonder, or surprise, than the ocean.

The celebrated broadcaster and filmmaker reveals how his lifetime has coincided with the great age of ocean discovery. Through spectacular sequences featuring coral reefs, kelp forests and the open ocean, Attenborough shares why a healthy ocean keeps the entire planet stable and flourishing.

Stunning, immersive cinematography showcases the wonder of life under the seas and exposes the realities and challenges facing our ocean as never-before-seen, from destructive fishing techniques to mass coral reef bleaching. Yet the story is one of optimism, with Attenborough pointing to inspirational stories from around the world to deliver his greatest message: the ocean can recover to a glory beyond anything anyone alive has ever seen.

Following the film, exclusively in cinemas, A Deeper Dive with David Attenborough takes audiences behind the scenes with additional footage and interviews on the making of Ocean.

Stevie Martin - Clout

Stevie Martin (Taskmaster, Mitchell & Webb’s brand new sketch show, 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, The Horne Section TV show) has been doing online comedy for a while (45 million views worldwide) but is now returning to live comedy with her latest show, which sold out at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and at Soho Theatre this year.

It's like her online stuff but she'll be on a stage and you can't pause her to get a snack (meats?). Also you have to sit in a specific room to watch it (please don’t bring your meats to this room).

‘High-quality gags tightly packed inside other gags, ready to jack-in-the-box out and multiply… Ingenious' ★★★★ The Guardian

'Generous, surprising and joyous' ★★★★ The Times

'Stevie Martin's densely-packed show peeking behind the curtain of online stardom begs repeat visits… A clever, knowing and, crucially, hilarious, hour' ★★★★ The Scotsman

'Successfully brings that online visual hilarity to the stage, via twin immersive screens assaulting your senses with messages from her phone and laptop while Stevie hardly catches breath between gags' ★★★★ Daily Express

'This is a properly funny show' ★★★★ The List

Ian Stone is Looking for the Wow

Life can’t just be the humdrum, the mundane and the routine before the inevitable slide to disease, decay and death.

Why can’t we sneak in a bit of awesome, a tad of amazing and maybe a smidge of wonderful? A forest canopy opening onto a huge vista would be enchanting for some but my ancestors wandered in the desert for forty years, I think we’ve been outdoors enough. Others get their fix from the spiritual but I’ve been harbouring a grudge against God since my mother stopped me going to Arsenal after my Barmitzvah. Forty nine years ago. ’God will be watching’ she said. Well, at least he got to see the game. The point is, life could be so much better so I’m on the lookout. Come and join me on the hunt.

Ian Stone is a hugely experienced broadcaster, podcaster, writer and a brilliantly funny comedian. He performs at major comedy festivals and venues globally. His popular posts and reels on social media have quickly earned him a following of over 60k across BlueSky, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, amassing millions of views.

In the last three years, Ian has performed his one-man shows at the Edinburgh Festival to packed rooms and great reviews. In 2023, he won the prestigious Spirit of the Fringe Award. He took his last show on tour across the UK, finishing with a sold-out performance at London’s Comedy Store. Ian recently returned from making his debut at the Melbourne Comedy Festival. He returns to Edinburgh in August 2025 with Looking for the Wow, before kicking off his UK tour.

Aside from stand-up comedy, Ian co-hosted the award-winning Rock ‘N’ Roll Football show on Absolute Radio for five years with Ian Wright. He currently presents a very popular (50k downloads per episode), twice-weekly Arsenal podcast, Handbrake Off, for The Athletic. A live version of the podcast recently sold out Leicester Square Theatre in London. Ian is also a regular contributor on Times Radio. His book To Be Someone was published in 2020 and has received nearly 500 four- and five-star reviews on Amazon.

Suitable for ages 16+ years.

Intermediate Yoga

Led by Julie Potter

This class is suited to those who have been practising for at least 6. My intention for this class is to move our practise forward, explore different avenues and approaches to the traditional postures. We will be aiming to be going deeper into awareness and noticing.

The yoga I teach is an evolution of over 20 years of practice and study, perhaps moving away from external evaluation of the postures and moving towards an internal sense of the postures, moving away from the more used traditional approach of systemised yoga to a more experiential approach. Whilst looking at traditional Hatha Yoga postures and pranayamas, I will be encouraging fun and freedom within the traditional structure, whilst taking into our awareness fundamental anatomical and functional aspects required by our bodies for maximum wellbeing benefits.

Please bring a blanket, a Yoga / Pilates mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.
